Who started JSH?

Four resilient community members (also trustees) from Leeds sort through many community challenges and believed that a community program and an indoor sports hub facility are most required in the community.

After a few years of battles, the Junior Sports Hub has helped community development and obtained long-overdue communal essentials – whilst independently sourcing the funding. 

What does JSH do?

The Junior Sports Hub is a well-established charity supporting some of our most disadvantaged, vulnerable, and isolated children and young people to help realise their potential. 

Our Trustees have well-thought-out plans for the Junior Sports Hub’s stronghold in the community.

We primarily obtain funding through hiring out our sporting facilities; but, as you may be aware, this budget is restricted, which ultimately limits our potential and reach.

Your gifts and contributions can make a difference in the lives of others and have an impact on the future of the youngsters and the Leeds community.

The Junior Sports Hub is dedicated to creating safe, inspiring spaces where children and young people can grow, develop confidence, and build lifelong skills through sport and community engagement.

Our team works passionately to deliver meaningful programmes that reflect the needs of the families we serve and strengthen our connection to the local area.

While we continue to expand our activities and partnerships, the demand for our services is increasing, and sustaining this growth requires ongoing support and resources.
